Amazon is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team in Mexico as part of Amazon Operations. This onsite role requires flexibility to rotate weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts across multiple Mexican locations including Mexico City, Mexico State, Queretaro, Puebla and Morelos.

You will drive safety, productivity, and customer‑centric service by guiding teams, analyzing performance, and implementing process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• 1+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience.
• Role requires onsite work with shift flexibility, including weekends/holidays/overnight shifts.

• Analyze and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across your team in areas like health and safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
