Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operations sites in Mexico City. This entry-level management role focuses on safety, productivity, and people development while coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet demand.

You will work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends, and will collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and improve service levels. English fluency is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvements across your team in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
