Amazon in Mexico is seeking aManager I, Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team onsite and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. You’ll learn about complex operations in a global business while driving productivity and addressing challenges with colleagues.

You will join a frontline leadership role with opportunities to invest in others, develop a people‑focused leadership style, and master the tools and processes that power Amazon’s customer‑centric operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 2+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across the team.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
