Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. This hands-on role develops a people-focused leadership style while mastering operations to drive productivity in Amazon Logistics.

The position involves managing safety, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands across 24/7 operations.

Formación

• High school diplomas or equivalent.
• 40 hours/week with rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment.
• English fluency (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvements across the team in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
