Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead delivery-station operations with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity. You will supervise 15–30 Associates across inbound, sort, and dispatch, with rotating night shifts and weekend/holiday work during peak periods.

This role requires robust safety leadership, real-time performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Champion workplace safety as the #1 priority in all decisions.
• Drive achievement of key metrics and supervise daily operations during night shifts.
• Coordinate with DSPs to guarantee route capacity and quality and manage labor allocation.
• Lead a team of 15–30 associates during assigned shift and provide coaching on safe work practices.
• Analyze daily safety and productivity data to identify improvement opportunities and support new launches.
