Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Manager in Mexico to lead an hourly team, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and timely customer delivery. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to drive plans that meet business objectives and improve processes while maintaining a high-performing workforce.

This role requires strong people management, experience with metrics and lean methods, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken, written, reading).

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for long hours during shifts.
