Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Delivery Station Manager to lead daily inventory control, quality assurance, and capacity activities within the warehouse. You will supervise a +20 hourly workforce, manage safety and productivity, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, HR, and Quality teams to meet business objectives.

The role focuses on optimizing delivery station workflows, improving KPIs, and promoting organizational change across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Balance a positive team culture while meeting business goals with associates.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure team execution aligns with objectives.
• Support process improvements to address inefficiencies and new daily tasks.
• Assist in documenting, deploying, and monitoring key business processes for AMZL Mexico.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in delivery station workflows and costs.
