Job summary

RELEX Solutions seeks an Invoicing and A/R Specialist in Mexico to join our Invoicing and A/R team. Located at our Mexico office, you will support sales invoicing, receivables, and data maintenance across US and LATAM regions.

You will work with finance, sales, and customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, investigating payments, and driving process improvements in the order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting/finance/business or similar
• 3–5 years experience in invoicing and A/R
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
• Global teamwork experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for customers
• Handle payment investigations and overdue collections
• Collaborate with sales and operations on customer data needs
• Maintain customer and invoicing data in the ERP system
• Support month-end close and internal controls
