Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to drive cash flow for defined accounts. The role focuses on reducing DSO, improving collections, and ensuring accurate, timely remittance processing via SAP.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Vendors, maintain SOPs, and support disputes and chargebacks while building strong relationships with customers to secure on-time payments.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B or e-commerce accounts receivable and collections.
• Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excel – intermediate to advanced.
• Strong analytical skills to manipulate data, interpret results and summarize findings.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes: collections and claims.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the AR process for defined accounts in Mexico.
• Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow and revenue streams.
• Maintain SOPs and internal controls to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, Sales, and vendor partners.
• Support audit requests and dispute resolution.
