Job summary

Verifone is seeking a Collections Analyst for LATAM with a focus on Mexico. The role handles accounts receivable collections, serves as the main contact for customers on outstanding balances, and ensures timely CFDI issuance in line with SAT requirements.

Based in Mexico, you will collaborate with the Poland SSC on cash application and provide required payment proofs, remittances, and invoice details. A detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a global setting will excel here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 2–3 years in collections or AR in multinationals.
• Knowledge of CFDI and SAT requirements.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• English proficiency high; able to coordinate with SSC.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer portfolio and follow up on receivables.
• Communicate with customers to manage overdue balances and payment plans.
• Issue CFDI payment complements according to SAT.
• Provide SSC with cash-app info and review payments in Oracle.
• Prepare collections budget and forecasts using AI tools.
• Monitor AR aging, DSO, and collection targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify collectability risks and recommend actions.
• Support other Finance tasks.
