Xylem is seeking an AR Collections professional in Mexico to oversee daily collections, manage aging, and drive cash performance. You will use HighRadius tools and SAP S/4HANA to document actions and monitor KPIs, while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance across the Americas.

Requirements include a Finance/Accounting degree and 3–5 years in AR/O2C with strong English and French communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in AR collections or related O2C roles.
• Experience with HighRadius and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong English and French communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily AR collections activities including outreach, follow-up, prioritization, and aging management.
• Utilize HighRadius tools and SAP S/4HANA to manage accounts, document actions, and monitor KPIs.
• Support escalations related to large past-due balances and customer experience issues.
• Create disputes to resolve issues and drive cash performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
