Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage end-to-end AR processes for defined accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will drive timely collections and cash application while maintaining controls and SOPs.

The role requires 7+ years in AR, proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Excel, with experience in a multinational setting and cross-border data handling. Office-based role with flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable, claims, or collections in a corporate or apparel setting.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Excel; familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end AR cycle for defined accounts with timely collections.
• Maintain controls and SOPs to meet targets and optimize cash flow.
• Build proactive customer relationships to ensure payments within terms.
• Resolve disputes and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Provide cash forecasting insights and reports on collections and aging.
