RXO Inc. in Monterrey is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers.

The role is based at the Santa Maria Building and operates on an afternoon shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Daily tasks include scheduling pickups, notifying customers of deviations, handling driver and customer inquiries, updating the dispatch system, and generating regular reports for internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of deviations from the execution schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation.
• Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any problems with customers or vendors.
• Support members of the equipment administration team and operations personnel.
• Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports.
• Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely manner.
• Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed.
• Multi-account management
