Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes across the carrier network. The role involves KPI management, BI reporting to customers and internal teams, and daily coordination of pickups and deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in ground transportation, holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and demonstrates English proficiency. This on-site position is located near Parque Ind. Las Américas Ciénega De Flores, NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work.
• 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation (desirable).
• English proficiency for conversations.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation.
• Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any problems with customers or vendors.
• Support members of the equipment administration team and operations personnel.
• Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports.
• Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely.
• Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed.
• Multi-account management.

This position is going to collaborate within Customer Facility in Parque Ind. Las Américas Ciénega De Flores, NL, 65550

Shifts are:

Mo-Fr 7:00 am - 5:00 pm for day shift

Mo-Fr 4:00 pm -12:00 am for afternoon shift

Mo-Fr 12:00 am - 7:00 am for night shift

Th-Su 7:00 am - 7:00 pm for weekend day shift

Th-Su 7:00 pm - 7:00 am for weekend night shift

Customer will facilitate desks for the candidate and provide access to plant and other needed areas.

Customer's Employee transportation service can be utilized

An Analyst, Transportation is responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to each of the carriers. Make time analysis, KPIs management, BI's reporting directly to the customer and the internal team.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work.

2-3 years of experience in ground transportation (desirable)
