Job summary

RXO, Inc. seeks a logistics coordinator in Monterrey to schedule shipments, track loads, and keep system data up to date. You will work with carriers and a four-person team to ensure timely updates.

Requirements include conversational English, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in transportation, and proficiency with MS Suite, TMS, and ATS. Monday–Friday morning shift; competitive benefits.

This position will be in charge of scheduling shipments. Tracking loads Updating system´s data bases. Negotiate with carriers and it needs to be able to do all this activities in a fluent conversational english.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Take meetings with customer in English and be able to update information.
• Work with carriers to have the system up to date.
• Track shipments and have them updated on timely manner in the system.
• Work as team with a 4 members team to build a strong relationship.

What you’ll need to excel:

• At a minimum, you’ll need: Conversational English, and strong knowledge of the transportation industry.
• · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience (Degree type can be added; Ex: Bachelor’s degree
• ·1 to 3 years of experience in the transportation Industry.
• It’d be great if you also have: (These are the preferred attributes we would like to see in candidates, but they aren’t required qualifications for the role)
• · Computer/Software Skills (MS Suite, TMS, ATS, etc.)
