RXO Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate pickups and deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure on-time execution.

You will use the dispatch system to enter updates, track shipments, and resolve issues, while supporting the operations team and generating routine reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Transportation experience is essential.
• Fluent spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and track pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of deviations from the schedule.
• Answer driver and customer calls and emails.
• Enter updates into the dispatch system with accuracy.
• Communicate problems to customers or vendors.
• Support equipment administration and operations teams.
• Verify database accuracy and generate monthly reports.
• Process repair invoices in a timely manner.
• Handle ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
• Manage multiple accounts and priorities.
