Job summary

HSBC is seeking an AM Americas Business Management Manager in Mexico City to support the CEO/COO and senior leaders. You will lead strategic initiatives, strengthen governance, and improve end-to-end processes across the Asset Management Americas region.

You will work with regional stakeholders to upscale risks, drive improvements, and provide high-quality management information. A collaborative, matrixed environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management or project management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proven stakeholder-management experience in a global, matrixed environment.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach across functions and geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and CEO on strategic initiatives and governance.
• Coordinate materials for executive forums, including meeting packs and minutes.
• Produce management information, KPI packs, dashboards and supplier reporting.
• Support regional business management projects and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain governance documentation and signatory records.
• Oversee risk, controls, and intercompany agreements.
• Coordinate audits and compliance activities.
• Drive cross-border collaboration and process improvements.
