HSBC Mexico Global Capability Network is seeking an AM Americas Business Management Manager to support the CEO, COO and senior leaders across the Asset Management Americas region. You will lead strategic initiatives, strengthen governance and controls, and provide high-quality management information to enable cross-border collaboration.

• Postgraduate degree, MBA or equivalent qualification.
• At least five years' experience in Business Management or project management in Asset Management or Financial services.
• Familiarity with financial markets and risk frameworks; MS tools and AI-enabled processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the COO and CEO on strategic initiatives, business governance and control frameworks.
• Challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain governance documentation, including Terms of Reference, policies, procedures and authorized signatory records.
• Coordinate materials for executive forums, including meeting packs, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage and enhance key COO and CEO processes from end to end.
• Support regional Business Management projects and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate documentation and controls for new business engagements and related approvals.
• Produce management information, KPI packs, service review dashboards and supplier reporting.
• Coordinate annual certifications and recertifications, including Volcker, COI Register and related requirements.
• Oversee operational controls, including workflows, access and recertifications, onboarding flows.
• Manage broker and instrument governance, broker matrix approvals and KYC processes.
• Oversee intercompany agreements, inventory management, MI/KPI reporting.
• Maintain records-management processes, retention schedules and destruction activities.
• Coordinate SOC 1 external audits and support internal/external testing.
• Maintain third-party vendor screening and financial crime risk-management activities.
