• Experience in business management or project management in financial services.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and CEO on strategic initiatives, governance and control frameworks.
• Challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain governance documentation, including Terms of Reference, policies, procedures and signatory records.
• Coordinate materials for executive forums, including meeting packs, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage and enhance COO and CEO processes from end to end.
• Support regional Business Management projects and transformation initiatives.
• Produce management information, KPI packs, service review dashboards and supplier reporting.
• Coordinate annual certifications and recertifications, including Volcker and COI Register.
• Oversee intercompany agreements, inventory management and MI/KPI reporting.
• Maintain records-management, retention and destruction activities.
• Coordinate SOC 1 external audit reviews and support audits.
