Job summary

CEVA Logistics invites applications for an Air Logistics Operator focused on customer service. You will support international air operations, coordinate with teams and partners, and ensure accurate documentation and timely updates for shipments.

The role is hybrid in Mexico City with permanent employment. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in air freight, strong English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of Air Import and Export operations.
• Advanced English proficiency for interviews.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on air import and export operations.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operational teams, agents, and partners to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for international shipments.
• Update systems, milestones, and tracking tools.
• Monitor timelines and processes for compliance.
• Escalate issues and documentation discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service standards and processes.
