Job summary

CEVA Logistics, part of the CMA CGM Group, seeks a Logistics Operations Administrator for the NORTAM region. The role manages activities and accounts, ensuring processes are followed and objectives met while coordinating with distant offices.

Key duties include handling TOMs, CW1/LINK documentation, KPI production, and customer reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s in International Business, English B2, and 1 year in air operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field.
• English language at B2 level.
• 1 year of experience in air operations.

Responsibilities

• Creation of TOMs / Shipments for shipment activation
• Monitor, follow up, and enter documents and references for assigned accounts in CW1 or LINK, in compliance with SLA
• Schedule air shipment pickups with corresponding documentation through CW1
• Monitor and follow up on event entries in CW1 (expected and actuals), reason codes, and time deviations from CEVA offices
• Entry of supplier costs and invoices into CW1
• Creation of bookings or air waybills
• Production and evaluation of monthly KPIs related to activities and presentation to CEVA offices
• Creation of operational reports for customers
• Update of process descriptions (SOP-type documents)
• Customer service (email response)
