Qualifications

• Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with ownership of email and lifecycle.
• Klaviyo or a comparable ESP.
• Evidence that you build with AI yourself rather than waiting for instructions.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken.
• Strong eye for asset quality, tone, and offer math; able to flag issues.

Responsibilities

• Own email and lifecycle as our primary owned channel.
• Campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability.
• Quality control on copy, creative, links, offers, and regional versions.
• Build AI into daily workflows and shipping, not proposals.
• Collaborate with lifecycle team, designers, and external ads partner.
• Translate results into plain business language.
