Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• Experience with client implementations and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build.
• Own campaign deployment including data handling and scheduling.
• Lead kick-off meetings and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status and escalations.
• Support A/B and MVT test planning and documentation.
