Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building and managing email workflows and automated campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, A/B testing, and email performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn campaign data into improvements.
• Advanced English, with strong written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing email campaigns, automations, and workflows.
• Build, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and improve lead nurturing and follow-up sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on lead behavior and characteristics.
• Monitor metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and overall email performance.
• Maintain clean, organized email lists and support strong deliverability practices.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align email campaigns with business goals.
