AgileEngine seeks a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities include gathering briefs, validating timelines, leading kick-offs, and managing deployment with Workfront/Jira. The role emphasizes proactive client communication and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Proficient in email marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with onboarding new clients.
• Strong MS Office skills and clear communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects and client deadlines independently.
• Agency or corporate in-house agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build.
• Validate briefs for audience, content, offers, and timelines.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status and escalations.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and MVT test planning and execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Develop campaign and process documentation.
• Escalate risks to avoid missed SLAs.
• End-of-year success means on-schedule campaigns and proactive client comms.
