AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing candidate to help build and optimize email and SMS campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to learn strategies, technology, and data-driven optimization that drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (Twilio, SendGrid) and contribute to campaigns that directly impact growth.

Formación

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (internships and coursework count).
• Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates, click-through rates.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools; not afraid of dashboards or spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Great written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid under senior supervision.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences and retention triggers.
• Support audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow documentation.
• Assist in preparing and formatting email templates with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars to ensure timely launches.
• Maintain libraries of marketing assets and campaign documentation.
