Responsibilities

• Own INCORE's marketing direction across SEO, AI search, lifecycle and social.
• Oversee content, landing pages, case studies, and lifecycle flows in Customer.io.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead client engagements with messaging frameworks and roadmaps.
• Present insights and growth plans to clients.
