Atomic Hr is seeking a marketing generalist to build and scale outreach to retailers and partners, while owning email, SMS, retention, and referral programs. You will leverage Claude Code and AI tooling to automate tasks and coordinate with a small founder-led team in a regulated product space (18+, UK-only).

The role emphasizes hands-on execution and data-driven growth. You’ll collaborate with the two founders, create scalable processes, and drive growth across channels without paid ads.

Qualificações

• Must have hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself using Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• Good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
