Jobtailor in Mexico City seeks a Lead for complex Customer Experience projects, driving automation and AI-powered improvements across CX processes. You will design, implement, and measure initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Requirements include a engineering or analytical degree, strong Excel, SQL and Python skills, and advanced English. This role requires collaborative leadership and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or analytical field.
• Experience with Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Ability to use data to investigate problems and support decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation and emerging tools.
• Ability to structure and drive end-to-end initiatives and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Customer Experience projects from problem identification through solution design, implementation, measurement and iteration.
• Run initiatives including automation pilots, new support flows, escalation frameworks, and QA improvements.
• Design, test, and implement automated workflows and AI-powered solutions.
• Monitor AI performance and partner with Data & AI teams to improve solutions and launch new capabilities.
• Analyze operational KPIs, contact drivers, customer behavior, and trends to identify opportunities and root causes.
• Translate insights into prioritized initiatives and measure their impact on customer experience and operational performance.
• Map and optimize CX processes for simplification, standardization, automation, and self-service.
• Own and continuously improve knowledge used by AI and support agents.
• Support complex cases requiring deeper expertise, analysis, or cross-functional coordination.
• Identify systemic issues from complex and recurring cases and drive structural improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data & AI, and other stakeholders to solve customer pain points.
