Job summary

Clara Lending Co. in Mexico City is hiring a Growth Designer (AI Focused) to drive multi-market growth design across LATAM with a hybrid work setup.

You will craft AI-enhanced creative assets, landing pages, and conversion flows, collaborating with paid media and analytics teams to optimize CTR, CVR, and CAC.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI tools, Figma components, and scalable systems across 3 languages, with a focus on rapid experimentation and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth design with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio with ads, landing pages, or conversion-focused work; applications without portfolio will not be considered.
• Active daily use of AI tools and LLMs as part of workflow.
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI models.
• Expert in Figma with a component-based mindset.
• Conversion mindset tracking CTR, CVR, CAC to inform design decisions.
• Comfort with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Organized and able to handle multiple markets/formats in parallel.
• Able to communicate with both creative and analytical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design performance creative at scale for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn using AI tools and strong craft.
• Design and optimize landing pages and conversion flows with CRO best practices.
• Use AI daily to accelerate production, generating variants and layouts.
• Build a scalable creative system with templates and components in Figma for 3 markets/languages.
• Collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to interpret data and iterate.
• Run visual QA to ensure brand consistency across funnel.
