AlertMedia is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to build, execute, and optimize campaigns that power our marketing engine. You’ll own email programs in Marketo, keep CRM data clean in Salesforce, and partner with tools like Clay and Wrike to bring automation to life.

The role requires 2-3 years in marketing operations, hands-on Marketo experience, and strong English communication. This is a fully remote position based in Mexico with sponsorship not provided.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, or email marketing, ideally at a B2B technology company.
• Must have hands-on experience with Marketo.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or other CRM platforms to build emails, forms, lists, workflows, smart campaigns, and dynamic content.

Responsabilidades

• Own the email process end-to-end in Marketo, including QA, segmentation, personalization, deliverability checks, and scheduling.
• Manage ongoing Marketo and Salesforce tasks, data hygiene, lead routing, forms, and workflows.
• Coordinate webinar logistics and event programs with messaging, reminders, and post-event handoffs.
• Provide reporting on email performance, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Pilot AI-aware patterns and automation within the email workflow in collaboration with GTM Engineering.
