Clara Lending Co. seeks an AI Business Operations Expert to design, deploy, and scale enterprise AI workflows that optimize operations across the company. You’ll lead automation initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and drive measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

You will architect strategies at the intersection of automation, data, and product to boost Clara’s operational capabilities using no-code/low-code platforms and advanced AI tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or related fields (LatAm fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven, expert-level AI automation track record with enterprise-scale impact.
• Hands-on with no-code/low-code automation (N8N, Make, Zapier).
• Experience with enterprise systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for advanced tools and agents.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build visibility models in Metabase.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows across Clara’s ops landscape.
• Lead automation lifecycle from opportunity to deployment and measurement.
• Design high-impact AI roadmaps by prioritizing friction points.
• Develop and iterate dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and anomalies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Product, Sales, Finance, and Eng to ensure readiness for new features.
