You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategic decisions, managing delivery excellence, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions, including 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and enterprise architecture standards.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to guide strategic decisions, manage delivery excellence, and lead high-performing teams. You will collaborate across multiple functions to define scalable solutions, drive innovation, and ensure value realization throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
• Define and implement scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, clients, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and delivery strategies that support organizational growth and transformation.
• Assess solution complexity, risks, effort, and cost estimates for Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive governance, best practices, and continuous improvement across delivery and architecture processes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Ensure architectural consistency, compliance with enterprise standards, and adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing key stakeholders and supporting strategic technology decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs and transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data models, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across business, functional, and technical workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile at Scale).
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and senior business leaders.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Knowledge of cloud integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and data migration approaches.
• Experience managing global teams and distributed delivery models.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
