Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.

• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, potentially including evenings or weekends, to support a global customer base.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Address and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate internal teams or specialists.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service updates.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and documentation.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, service level agreements, and data privacy regulations.
