Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our fully remote team. You will guide clients post-sale, onboarding, and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum value from our products.

As a primary contact, you will proactively identify upsell opportunities, conduct regular check-ins, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues while tracking client health metrics. Fluency in Spanish is required with English a bonus for a global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-client management.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring onboarding and adoption of products/services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand needs, goals, and challenges.
• Provide ongoing email, phone, and video support.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on usage.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to communicate feedback and resolve issues.
• Track customer success metrics and report on client health.
• Develop resources (FAQs, tutorials) to support clients.
• Contribute to building a strong, positive client community.
