Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional, especially during stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Adhere to communication scripts and company policies while delivering exceptional service.
• Clarify complaints, identify causes, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
