Safran Electronics & Defense in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks a Customer Support Representative to manage aftermarket repair orders, quotes, and SAP-based billing. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality and cost targets.

Required are 3+ years in a customer-support role, knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), and strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time on-site position in Mexicali.

Formación

• Familiar with aviation spare parts and MRO services.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of international trade, incoterms and export control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process repair orders and manage quotes for customers.
• Track inventory and billing in SAP to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve order issues to support on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.
