Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to manage sales orders from award through closeout, aligning inventory with line items and ensuring shipments and invoicing meet contractual requirements.

The role requires English fluency for interactions with international clients and stakeholders, along with ERP and CRM system experience. Onsite work in Mexicali, with collaboration across Global Asset Management and Finance teams.

Formación

• University degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Create/edit sales orders accurately in SAP and send order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices and credit/debit memo processing.
• Ensure compliance with export policies and license classifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve order flow.
