Safran Aerosystems México, S. de R.L de C.V. is seeking a Customer Support Representative who will manage aftermarket repair orders, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure contractual requirements are met for aerospace MRO services.

The role emphasizes SAP order processing, quotes management, inventory and billing oversight, and proactive issue resolution to support on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.

Formación

• Familiarity with aviation spare parts and MRO services.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of international trade compliance, incoterms, and export control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Basic technical knowledge of aircraft components is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process repair orders and manage quotes.
• Track inventory and billing in SAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues.

• Support auditors and process improvements.
