Safran America Engine Services in Queretaro seeks a customer services specialist to bridge communication between customers and the SHOP, ensuring internal and external requirements are fulfilled clearly and on time.

The role requires an engineering/related degree and MRO experience, with knowledge of aircraft engines and the parts repair process. You will coordinate with Quality, Operations and Production Planning to meet customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• Experience with MRO and knowledge of aircraft engines.
• Knowledge of the parts repair process and demand management.

Responsabilidades

• Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
• Assures information shared related to SHOP performance is clear and on time.
• Attends internal and external requirements escalated by customers and/or support areas.
• Participates in the performance of Purchase Orders to fulfill internal KPI's (TAT, SPT).
• Attends customer claims with Operations and Quality, providing prompt action plans after root cause analysis.
• Monitors fulfillment of forecasted demand from customers.
• Ensures SHOP meets customer requirements by communicating with Quality, Operations and Production Planning.
