Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to serve as the primary contact for orders and administration from contract award through closeout, aligning inventory with sales order lines to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.

You will create/edit sales orders in SAP, generate acknowledgements, process invoices with Finance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, with fluent English in written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in business administration or related and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the job and maintains customer contact on order status and billing questions.
• Create/edit SAP sales orders and issue order acknowledgements.
• Ensure export compliance including license screening on orders.
• Work with Finance to process invoices and returns.
• Create basic quotes in SAP and support deliveries with Inventory/Shipping.
