Copeland is seeking an A/C Applications Engineer to provide technical support for the full Copeland AC portfolio to OEMs in Mexico and Central America. The role involves product selection, engineering support for new implementations, and production line assistance on pilot runs.

You will coordinate warranty activities, sample management, and customer training while working closely with engineering, QA, and sales teams. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Strong HVAC background with chillers, heat pumps and air handlers.
• Knowledge of compression systems: scroll, screw and centrifugal.
• Experience with electronic control systems and BMS is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Copeland AC product portfolio to OEMs including product selection.
• Support engineering for new product implementations and changes.
• Assist production lines during pilot runs and standard production.
• Administer warranty activities and coordinate samples.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and liaise with engineering and lab staff.
• Develop application profiles and deliver customer training.
• Translate or adapt product bulletins for customer use.
• Represent Copeland at industry events and conferences.
