Qualtrics, a leading SaaS company, is expanding its Finance Shared Services in Mexico City. The Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable will manage invoice issuance, collections, and data-driven reporting to support revenue recognition and forecasting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and operations to optimize the collections cycle and ensure accurate financials. You will interact with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and participate in the monthly close process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices.
• Facilitate a smooth process for clients to pay for licenses.
• Manage emails and cases requested by the sales organization and customers.
• Partner with sales representatives to obtain purchase orders.
• Address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
• Support training of new team members.
• Follow NetSuite/Salesforce processes and tools.
• Support audits and ad-hoc queries.
