Meztal is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The role oversees the full AR cycle for U.S.-based accounts, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and proper cash application. Strong English proficiency and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process.
• Experience handling U.S.-based customer accounts and collections.
• Advanced English proficiency (written & verbal) with professional communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, AR aging.
• Experience resolving billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle from invoicing to collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor customer invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with U.S.-based customers and stakeholders on collections.
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer AR aging reports and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing and AR process improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for accurate reporting.
