Qualtrics, a leading SaaS company, is expanding its Finance Shared Services in Mexico City. The Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable will manage invoice issuance, collections, and data-driven reporting to support revenue recognition and forecasting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and operations to optimize the collections cycle and ensure accurate financials. You will interact with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and participate in the monthly close process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices.
• Facilitate a smooth process for clients to pay for licenses.
• Manage emails and cases requested by the sales organization and customers.
• Partner with sales representatives to obtain purchase orders.
• Address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
• Support training of new team members.
• Follow NetSuite/Salesforce processes and tools.
• Support audits and ad-hoc queries.

How You’ll Find Success

• Collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure a seamless billing and renewal process.
• Accurately manage and issue invoices, supporting timely and precise financial reporting.
• Solve complex challenges to enhance the overall sales and renewal cycle experience.
• Support financial forecasting by maintaining data accuracy and providing insightful reporting.

Things You’ll Do

• Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices
• Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses
• Manages emails and cases requested by the sale organization and customers
• Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders
• Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
• Support the training of new team members
• Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce
• Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects
• Support requests external and internal auditors
• Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.
• Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the collections cycle for new business.
• Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
