ZIEHL-ABEGG Inc. North America is hiring an Accountant – Accounts Receivable to support our expanding finance team in Monterrey. You will manage timely customer payments, collections, invoicing, and credit/reference checks while ensuring accurate month-end processes and audit support.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP experience, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Travel to banks and post offices may be needed.

ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented ---Accountant Accounts Receivable who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company.

Accountant – Accounts Receivable

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Timely processing of customer payments
• Collection of payments
• Preparation of payment advice to ZASE DE
• Submit invoices to customers
• Coface credit insurance reporting
• Customer investigation & credit reference receivable
• Month-end & year-end closing support
• Year-end audit support
• Assist in credit to customers
• Assist in separation of duties of treasury functions
• Assistance with the year-end physical inventory
• Assistance with special projects

Job Requirements:

• MS Office (especially Excel), proALPHA
• Good written & oral communication skills, detailed oriented personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, ability to work with confidential information
• Valid driver’s license to allow for trips to banks and post offices when necessary
• Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer
• Minimal lifting, bending and stooping as required
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
