Freudenberg Group in Mexico is seeking an accounting professional to program vendor payments for Lerma and Queretaro plants. The role handles checks, wire transfers, bank deposits, and expenditures registration, with support for receivables.

You will review bank accounts for proper postings, manage petty cash movements, perform account reconciliation, and process payroll and tax transfers. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• English proficiency is required.
• Up to 2 years of manufacturing experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Knowledge of taxes, internal controls, and bank transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Program vendor payments for Lerma and Queretaro plants.
• Prepare checks, wire transfers and bank deposits.
• Register expenditures according to procedures.
• Support receivables and perform account reconciliation.
• Check bank accounts for correct posting of movements.
• Manage petty cash movements and transfers to payroll and taxes.

Responsibilities:

Programming vendor payments to Lerma and Queretaro plant.

Prepare checks, wire transfers and bank deposits.

Register expenditures according to procedures.

Support receivables.

Check bank accounts ensuring the correct application of accounting movements.

Check the fixed background of petty cash.

Account Reconciliation.

Transfers to payroll and taxes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting or finance

At 2 years of experience in manufacturing experience in automotive industry is preferred.

English proficiency.

Knowledge in:

Taxes.

Internal Controls.

Bank Transactions and Procedures.

Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.

Movements and Banking, SAP

Programming and calculation of cash to meet payments to employees, suppliers, authorities, etc.
