Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in the supplier payment process.
• Understanding of account reconciliation process.

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of employee expense items (e.g. travel expenses).
• Verification of monthly expense reports.
• Confirmation of balances with other ZA subsidiaries.
• Year-end closing support.
• Year-end audit support.
• Assist in credit to customers.
• Coordination of financial quality issues between ZA US & ZASE DE.
• Preparation of freight costs report for ZASE DE.
• Assist in separation of duties of treasury functions.
• Assistance with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
