Vintti is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payments to vendors, tour operators, and hosts, while investigating discrepancies. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and supporting month-end close. The position is full-time with core overlap from 9 a.m.

• Validate operator invoices and calculate host earnings using Sigma reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with operators and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and improve payment procedures.
• Prepare payment batches for management review and approval.

Role Summary

Our client connects content creators and their communities with local tour operators worldwide. We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to manage accurate, timely payments to vendors, tour operators, and hosts, while investigating discrepancies and collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR, or staff accounting.
• Experience with accounting software and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and learn new systems.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or Sigma.
• Direct AP and international or multi-currency payments experience.
• Accounting degree or relevant professional studies.
