Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP, AR, or staff accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software and strong fundamentals.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills and prepare payments using Ramp and NetSuite.
• Validate operator invoices and calculate host earnings using Sigma reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with operators and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and improve payment procedures.
• Prepare payment batches for management review and approval.
